Stress is a major part of everybody’s life these days, and while not all stress is bad (in fact it’s vital), we can thrive by removing a big chunk of it.
Wild Life will help you to identify what triggers stress, the effect (good and bad) on your system, how to mitigate the negatives and maximise the positives, and a whole host of techniques and practices to better cope with whatever life throws at you.
A Force of Nature
Wild Life’s aim is to enable as many people as possible to become healthy, contented, natural humans. To do this we try to use the resources that Nature has given us. Natural light exposure, heat and cold therapy, forest bathing, and grounding are just some of the techniques at our disposal.
